This portal processes limited personal information of alumni for account creation, authentication, directory visibility, communication, and job opportunity matching. The data collected may include name, email address, phone number, graduation year, course, profile details, and uploaded resume.

We process this data on the basis of your registration consent, legitimate administrative need, and the portal’s intended service delivery. Your profile visibility settings control whether your phone and email are displayed in the public directory. Access is limited to approved administrators and authorised service flows within the system.

You may update your profile visible information at any time from your profile page. If you need a data correction, removal, or account deactivation request, please contact the administrator through the portal support channel.
